Privacy Policy

Spillify collects the following personal data from Spillers and Brands in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP):

• Registration data: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo.
• Identity & payment data: Bank account details, national ID number (KTP/NIK), tax ID (NPWP), and address.
• Activity data: Quest completions, submissions, Spiller Points history, redemption history, and earnings records.
• Technical data: Device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, location data (where consented), and usage logs.
• Social media data: Public social media profile information where connected or submitted in connection with a Quest.
• Profiling and household data (Spiller KYC & Profiling Questionnaire): With your consent, additional demographic, household, and lifestyle information, including household composition and the age range of children in your household (where relevant to Quest eligibility, e.g. family- or parenting-related Quests), consumption habits, brand affinities and preferences, purchasing behaviour, and social media reach and engagement metrics.

Spillify does not share KYC and profiling data, including household and children's age information, with Brands at the individual level. Where such data is used in Brand-facing reports, dashboards, or partnership pitches, it is aggregated and/or anonymised so that no individual Spiller (or member of their household) can be identified, and is protected using end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.
